This collaboration is set to empower around 3,000 students with top-notch soft skills training as part of the Incredible India Tourist Facilitator Certification (IITFC) programme. This year-long endeavour is committed to cultivating a new generation of tour guides, proficient in customer service, grooming, etiquette, and communication.
Key Highlights of the Program

- Training Goals: Emphasizes customer service, grooming, etiquette, and communication, to ready students for tour guide roles.
- Interactive Training: Each training module spans eight hours of live, interactive, and online learning over two days.
